About Christopher
Born and raised in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. I have been in and around the real estate business since 1996. I began in the mortgage business as a loan originator. I quickly advanced from a loan officer to a retail mortgage branch manager. Have originated a vast variety of mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA and Non-conforming loans. As a correspondent lender we originated, underwrote and funded loans and sold to the secondary market. I have run several mortgage businesses and owned and operated my own company.
During the financial crises that began in 2008-2009, I helped repossess defaulted mortgages through local law firms and national lenders. I have been a landlord as well as an investor. Have been involved with the Section 8 housing voucher program funded by HUD. As a real estate professional I not only have the experience, but also the temperament to deal with complex residential financing and negotiation skills to obtain the desired outcome for my clients.
I am a big believer of education but also not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty to effectuate the desired outcome. I received my MBA at St Thomas University in Miami, Florida in 1991, which has assisted me to take a different perspective using SWOT analysis and other learned skills to separate myself from my competition and be successful.
I have recieved advanced NAR training which would allow me to better assist Buyers and Sellers as well as homeowners dealing with Short Sales as well as banks with foreclosures on their books. My specialized training aligns me to better understand and serve Senior homeowners and Complex Pricing strategies that is desperately needed in today's “lock in effect" market that exists currently. This additional training elevates my ability to better serve my clients through education and communication for the best possible outcome.
